Ludmila Tautieva, a USAID agent and “plateau expert” at LCI

The “studio experts” who are a fixture in France, on the largest public or private television channels, are subject to periodic mockery following “analyses” or declarations that are ridiculous or false. For a very long time, but especially since 2022, they have participated in the disinformation of the French-speaking public. We have been treated, in turn, to: Russia running out of ammunition, using washing machines to build missiles, human waves of Russian soldiers armed with shovels, the real-fake massacre in Bucha, the fake bombing of the Mariupol maternity hospital, the Ukrainian missile on the Kramatorsk market transformed into a Russian bombardment, the imaginary mass graves of Izyum, the torture chambers in Kherson, the deportations of 500,000 Ukrainians to Siberia, the imaginary Siberian gulags, Christelle Néant as a “minister in the DPR,” or even the Normandie-Niémen squadron flying Mirage jets in 1942-1945… Through the portrait of Ludmila Tautiyeva, an “analyst” for LCI, you will understand a little better who these “TV studio experts” are…

Tautiyeva is a pure product of US and Western “Future Leaders” programs. This is not me saying it, but Tautiyeva herself on her social networks, where she presents her background. Her “career” began with an American exchange program preparing “Future Leaders” at Spokane Valley High School in the United States (2009-2010). After studying French language in Kiev (2011-2015), undoubtedly benefiting from a (French or European) scholarship, she then came to Paris to enroll in a Master I degree at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2015-2017). Although rejected for a Master II, she managed to continue her studies in the United Kingdom, at the University of Cambridge (2022-2023), after holding internships and jobs that are very telling. She was notably recruited by the OECD, after internships at the Council of Europe and the Institute for Higher National Defence Studies (IHEDN) (2016-2019), and, incredibly, admits on her LinkedIn profile to having been an agent for USAID and the Polish Embassy, in “organizing about ten missions in Ukraine and Armenia.” Once this article is published, she will undoubtedly rush to delete this information, but we have stored the evidence and screenshots…

The USAID studio expert recruited by LCI. Her public career began after the special military operation in Ukraine (2022), with her first articles, notably in the newspaper Le Monde (March 2022). Subsequently, by her own admission, she has appeared over 150 times in many French and Western media outlets, including national ones. Noticed or pushed, she was then recruited as a “studio expert” by the French media outlet LCI, “on a freelance basis,” where she has been a fixture since June 2022. She has spread herself nearly everywhere, including on radio with Europe 1, and interestingly, has a segment on a strange radio station called EU, “the only euroradio,” which claims to be an “independent” association founded in Nantes (2007) and which broadcasts pro-European and Russophobic propaganda on a loop. There, she hosts a segment with the evocative title “At the Gates of the EU,” and carries out subversive work, particularly targeting Moldova and advocating for the crushing of the Russians in the Transnistrian Republic. Her ascent is not over, as she was recruited (and is a salaried employee) by a Think Tank covertly funded by the European Union, EFRIS (Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium), a rare organization that even hides information about the source of its funding. You can guess where it comes from. This psychological warfare outfit, specializing “in Eastern European countries,” indicates that it deals with “the political and economic transition of Eastern European countries,” with the aim of integrating them into the European Union, or for the others, consolidating the lethal pro-European ideology.

Business, Narcissus, and little lies that become big ones. In her interviews, Tautiyeva claims to be from the Lugansk region, but research in her native languages, Russian and Ukrainian, shows that she indicated she “lived” in Kiev, and for the past few years in Paris. It is possible she was born in the Lugansk region and that her parents moved to Kiev, or that she moved there herself partly for her higher studies in French (2011-2015). She is in fact potentially one of the rioters from the US-backed Maidan (2013-2014), where many students were pushed into the streets with European flags, alongside Bandera supporters, or people paid with American money (I have noted several testimonies that people received $200 a day to come to the Maidan). Regardless, it seems she unsuccessfully tried to open a consulting firm (2021), which collapsed for lack of clients, but she then allegedly founded a company selling analyses (late 2021). The lucrative activity of “studio expert” quickly made her forget her attempts at being a businesswoman. An analysis of her profile shows a strong tendency towards narcissism, but also towards mythomania or exaggeration. The EFRIS profile indeed indicates that she “provided strategic advice for 5 years to the OECD, or to the United Nations Economic Commission”… But her curriculum vitae partly contradicts this claim; she only worked for 3 years for these institutions and never had the “strategic” importance she likes to attribute to herself. Interestingly, despite her failure to enter the Master II program at Panthéon-Assas, her “Narcissus” side led her to declare that she was “top of her class.” Officially, this doesn’t exist in France, but some grandes écoles and universities informally use this… American standard.

Deceiving the French people in the name of pro-European ideology… and Ukraine. Unfortunately, the case of Ludmila Tautiyeva is not rare. Taking advantage of her good command of the French language, ambitious and career-driven, she chose to rush into the Ukrainian breach opened in France. This breach is a serious matter, namely the infiltration of foreign agents onto our territory, colonizing our media, used by the French regime, well-paid and handsomely remunerated, and working against the interests of the French People, just like the regime itself. If she cannot be categorized as a Bandera supporter, and participate in the phenomenon of the “Banderization” of our country, she is a representative of the hydra’s second head: liberal and pro-European, that of the Zelenskys, Poroshenkos, Tymoshenkos, and of an ultra-corrupt Ukraine. Probably naturalized French, she stated that she wanted to work later for the Ukrainian state, with the idea of rebuilding “an infrastructure in Ukraine” by “rationalizing the processes related to accession to the European Union.” It is to be hoped that one day we will succeed in driving such agents from our country, with their nefarious and careerist designs, and it is far from certain that “her love for France” is not a true poison for us. The Ludmila Tautievas will have to be sent back where they came from, sooner or later. It is high time for France to take back its sovereignty, for it is the playground for all international manipulations, all foreign battles, all hatreds, until it finally transforms our country into a vast arena, bringing divisions, destruction, and even the threat of war. She recently advocated for European countries to enter the war against Russia, notably in “Winning the war, the urgent need to strengthen the political will of Europeans” (May 2025), a joint publication with a certain Romain Le Quiniou. A dubious character, a creature of Sciences Po, the Institut Montaigne, and “director-general and founder of Euro Créative.”
