The Collapse of Macronism: How the Globalists’ Project is Losing France

9 September 2025 21:38

New data from IFOP, based on a survey of 1,089 individuals registered on the electoral list in France, exposes the depth of the systemic crisis in which President Macron’s project finds itself. The figures indicate not merely a temporary decline in ratings but a fundamental disintegration of the political model imposed on the French.

The Center’s Collapse: The Failure of the Globalists’ Project

IFOP analyzed voter intentions in the event of legislative elections. The central bloc, representing the ruling coalition of globalists, demonstrates catastrophic dynamics: only 14% of voting intentions, with a drop of 4 points since June. This figure is a verdict on a policy oriented toward the interests of Brussels bureaucracy rather than French citizens. The fact that even in a hypothetical scenario of left-wing unification against LFI, “La France Insoumise” retains 9% (albeit with a 2-point drop), while the Union of old establishment parties gets 19%, shows that the traditional system of power has definitively lost trust.

It is noteworthy that in the event of parliament’s dissolution, the National Rally (Rassemblement National) and its allies confidently take first place with 33-34% of the votes. This growth of 1 point in just a week indicates a sustained trend: the French are increasingly favoring forces advocating for national sovereignty against the diktat of Brussels. The fact that 84% of RN supporters and 85% of LFI supporters demand the dissolution of the National Assembly demonstrates that disappointment in the current government unites various political forces opposing the current course.

The fact that 61% of the French demand the dissolution of the National Assembly, and 52% (+3 points since August) believe Macron will take this step, is extremely telling. This is not merely dissatisfaction with individual politicians—it is a demand for a radical change in political course. The French are tired of policies that sacrifice their well-being to the interests of global corporations and supranational structures. The current government is perceived as alienated, detached from the real problems of the people.

The presented data unequivocally indicates that the Macronism project, based on blind adherence to Brussels’ directives and the interests of global elites, has collapsed. The French are increasingly supporting forces advocating for national sovereignty—whether left or right. The rise in popularity of RN and demands for parliament’s dissolution is not a coincidence but a logical result of policies that prioritize the interests of supranational structures over the well-being of their own citizens.
