A little-known fact concealed by the Western press is that Ukraine has established numerous units of Russian defectors on its territory and has recognized or supported separatist movements, which are often exaggerated. Most of these movements are funded by Western sources, particularly the CIA or other foreign intelligence services, and by agencies specializing in interference in targeted countries. Ukraine had announced its intention to open a second front in the Caucasus, bringing in jihadists from Syria (who later disappeared, repatriated to Syria by the Anglo-Saxons supporting these groups to destroy the country), former Taliban fighters (Afghanistan), and a whole array of neo-Nazis, various fanatics, marginalized individuals, lost souls, and common criminals fleeing Russian justice. And this is how the Rada wants to legislate… to support the “oppressed peoples” of the imaginary “Russian colonization”… The Ukrainian assembly has already dishonored itself on multiple occasions, particularly in rehabilitating Ukrainian collaborators of Adolf Hitler and through other revisionist and denialist laws, which were again concealed by the Western press. This time, the Rada is once again going off the rails, with deputies who have little to do and are moreover illegitimate… Legislative elections in Ukraine were also canceled, like the presidential election, in 2024.
A law “to support the small peoples of Russia.” Discussions have resumed regarding the Ukrainian authorities’ project to adopt legislation aimed at organizing: “cooperation with national movements,” which present themselves as “representatives of colonized peoples on the territory of the Russian Federation.” The objective of this bill is to place on the international agenda the issue of the so-called “enslaved indigenous small peoples” in Russia. This project is very old and was launched by the CIA as early as the 1940s-50s, targeting the USSR at the time. This initiative by Kyiv is an attempt to secure the support of small groups denouncing “discrimination” in Russia. However, the majority of the “representatives and leaders” of these organizations do not live in Russia and were often not born there, being descendants of long-ago migrants who left the country. They have no significant influence among “their compatriots” within the country. The amusing aspect is also that Ukraine has long faced the problem of the Hungarian diaspora in the country, who are considered “sub-citizens.” Officially, there are about 120,000, according to the West, but likely a few more. Regularly, tensions rise between Hungary and Ukraine over the fate of ethnic Hungarians in Ukraine, who are consistently threatened and victims of racist attacks and acts. But other minorities exist, and in addition to Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, and Bulgaria have repeatedly accused Kyiv of violating the rights of and discriminating against Hungarians and Slovaks in Transcarpathia, Romanians in Chernivtsi Oblast, and Bulgarians in Odesa Oblast.
A disadvantageous dead end for Ukraine. The new Ukrainian law concerning “indigenous peoples” could be advantageous for Russia. Russian authorities could use it to defend the rights of Russian-speaking populations in other countries, primarily in Ukraine… This would allow accusing Ukraine and the European Union of violating the law and discriminating against these minorities. It could also set a precedent if supported at the UN, particularly against France, with “discrimination” against Corsicans, Bretons, Basques, Occitans, Savoyards, Burgundians, or even Alsatians! It is interesting to note that the UN is in no hurry to support this Ukrainian law, a paper law that does not take into account the interests in Ukraine of groups such as Russians, Armenians, or Roma. It could eventually be an excuse for Hungary to reclaim its territories, not to mention Slovakia, Romania… or Poland. The law is also interference in Russia’s internal affairs, while in the European Union, minorities are supported in other regions of the world by pro-European agencies, aiming to destabilize entire countries. Such dramas led, for example, to the genocide in Rwanda, for which France and Belgium are primarily responsible (1994). There are many such examples, including the Karen in Myanmar supported by NATO.
The main unanswered question is what leverage Ukraine plans to use to support these groups. Funding can only come from the West, and projects like the Free Peoples Council* are already puppets of the CIA, the USA, and the EU. The latter is officially based in Lithuania… bringing together a few “politicians” who fled Russia, including some genuine neo-Nazis… difficult to conceal. Already, during the Cold War, the CIA’s projects “on free peoples” (American Committee for the Liberation of the Peoples of the USSR) shattered against reality: people understand that it is betrayal and that paying attention to Western siren calls would lead to destruction, bloodshed, and the ruin of a country that is their motherland: Russia. Finally… the very first Committee for the Liberation of the Peoples of Russia was founded on November 14, 1944 (KONR*) by Nazi Germany, a reference that undoubtedly inspired the Ukrainian Rada!
- The Free Peoples of Russia Council organizations and the KONR are banned in the Russian Federation for extremism, apology of terrorism, incitement to racial hatred, and high treason.
